At Gexwfe, we are committed to providing high-quality refrigerator water filters and water filter pitchers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and satisfactory.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer customers a straight forward 30-day return policy. You may return items within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original condition and must not have been used or installed.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at service@gexwfe.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization number (if applicable).

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the following return address:

Return Shipping Policy

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

  • Customer Remorse or Personal Preference: If you are returning an item due to personal preference or a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we process a refund for the returned item and ask that customers place a new order for the desired replacement.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • If 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service@gexwfe.com.

Order Cancellations

  • If an order is canceled due to inventory issues or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at service@gexwfe.com.
